Frequently asked questions about the three-wick candles
How long do the three-wick candles burn for?
Our candles have a longer burning time compared to kerosene candles: the three-wick candles burn for around 90 hours. We want you to enjoy them for a long time. That's why we have summarized our candle care tips - here and also on the candle packaging. Please follow these tips. So that your scented candle burns and smells really evenly from start to finish.
How long should I leave them burning at a time?
Always light all three wicks of your candle and let it burn until its surface is liquid. If you give your candle this time, you will prevent a wax tunnel from forming around the wicks. For a long-lasting fragrance experience, do not leave your candle burning for longer than three hours.
How long does your fragrance last?
You can enjoy the scent of your candle for as long as it burns. Do not blow out the flames, but dip the three wicks into the liquid candle wax. This will prevent smoke from displacing the existing fragrance. And you can prolong your moment of fragrance.
Where can I find tips on how to care for my candle properly?
We have summarized our tips for you here. You can also find them on the packaging of your candle.
