The Looops online shop strives to accommodate your preferences. Customers can select the payment method and select the courier service for an order.
Our goal is to ensure packages reach customers as quickly as possible. We offer free shipping for orders over EUR 30.

 

Austria: Free shipping for orders over EUR 30, otherwise EUR 5
Delivery time: 1-3 business days

Germany: Free of charge for orders over EUR 50, otherwise EUR 7
2-3 working days

EU and rest of Europe: Free shipping for orders over EUR 100, otherwise EUR 10
Delivery time: 3-4 business days

Switzerland / Liechtenstein : Free of charge for orders over EUR 100, otherwise EUR 15

Ireland / Great Britain*: Free shipping for orders over EUR 150, otherwise EUR 20

Payment

Payment with credit card

Enter your credit card details on our website. The data provided are encrypted and sent to the respective credit card company. The technology we use guarantees the correctness and security of the transaction.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Please note that any foreign bank charges are your responsibility.

Payment via PayPal

If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. If you already have a PayPal account, simply log in with your user details and confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, one can easily be opened in just a few steps. Then proceed to confirm the payment.

Payment via PayPal Express and Apple Pay

The quickest payment methods available are PayPal Express and Apple Pay. Both options enable the customer to proceed to direct payment from the shopping cart. Your address will be automatically transmitted to us through PayPal or Apple Pay. To use these options, it is necessary to have a PayPal account, or have Apple Pay activated with a linked card.

Invoice with Klarna

If this option is selected, order payment is made after receipt of the goods. Typically, the customer has 30 days to do so.

To be eligible for payment with Klarna, you must meet certain requirements: The payer must be over 18 years old, his/her billing address must match the residential address (PO boxes are not accepted), and the payer must be a private individual. If everything is correct, during the ordering process the customer will be prompted to provide his/her date of birth and telephone number (bank details are not required).  Klarna invoice terms apply.
Once the package has been received, the invoice can be settled directly with Klarna. This can be done easily via the Klarna app, or by using the payment information sent by Klarna. Remember to make timely payments to avoid deadline expiry fees.

Please note that Klarna is an independent invoicing company. We have no control over payments declined by Klarna. If you encounter repeated difficulties with invoice purchases, please contact  Klarna customer service directly.

Payment by invoice, payment upon receipt of delivery

With this option, we enclose an invoice with your parcel.
We ask you to make a bank transfer as soon as you have received your parcel. Please state the invoice number with your transfer so that we can allocate your payment.


Please note that we only offer purchase on account for Austria, Germany and Switzerland.
