Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, LOOOPS , Staufenstraße 1, 5161 Elixhausen, Austria, T: +43 662 281 024, looops, by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Please use our withdrawal form for this purpose. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. 

Consequences of Cancellation/Withdrawal
If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs, without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your Refund Policy cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. 

Returns
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your Refund Policy of this contract. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the 14-day period expires. 

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling that goes beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

Exception
The right of withdrawal or cancellation does not apply to goods that have been made or adapted according to customer specifications (e.g. due to permanent, personalised/customised labelling).
