Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period or cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal or cancellation, you must inform us, LOOOPS , Staufenstraße 1, 5161 Elixhausen, Austria,T: +43 662 281 089, looops, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period or cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. 

Consequences of revocation/withdrawal
If the customer withdraws from this contract, we reimburse the customer for all payments received, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which notification of withdrawal from this contract was received. The same means of payment will be used for this refund as was used by the customer for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will the customer be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the returned goods or until evidence is provided that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first. 

Return
Goods must be returned or handed over to us immediately, and under no circumstances may this be later than fourteen days from the day on which we were informed of the customer’s withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is considered to have been met if the goods have been returned before the fourteen-day period expires. 

The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

YPayment for any loss in value of the goods must only be made if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods not necessary for the examination of the contents’ nature, characteristics and working order.

Exception
The right of withdrawal or cancellation does not apply to goods that have been made or adapted according to customer specifications (e.g. due to permanent, personalised/customised labelling).
