Why a natural scented candle increases your well-being
With their pure natural essential oils, our scent creations have a beneficial aromatherapy effect. You can consciously use our products to promote the well-being of body and mind. In order for our fragrance compositions to develop their full effect, we combine - finely tuned - various naturally pure essential oils.
The relaxing Mußezeit scent exudes the calming aroma of lavender. Sonnenstund uses the invigorating effect of bergamot and lemon to lift your mood. Spicy notes such as cinnamon and clove (e.g. Abendgold or Sternenzelt) warm you up in the cold season - and are a popular gift idea. How to ensure a long candle life
Our high-quality scented candles have a longer burning time compared to kerosene candles: the large candles and refills burn for about 55 hours, the small candles for about 25 hours.
Follow these tips to make sure you enjoy your candle for a long time: Give your candle time when lighting it for the first time and let it burn until the entire surface is liquid. This will prevent a wax tunnel around the wick.
Always leave the large scented candle in the jar to burn for at least two hours, but no longer than four hours. The small scented candle for at least one hour and a maximum of three. The candle burns more beautifully and emits its scent evenly over the entire burning time.
Shorten the cotton wick to approx. 5 millimetres before each lighting. This keeps the flame at the optimum size.

How can I recognize a high-quality scented candle?
A high-quality scented candle has a pleasant natural fragrance, burns cleanly and evenly and contains only carefully selected ingredients. Our candles are perfected in many tests, consist of a specially developed wax mixture and are made by hand. The result is a long-lasting, natural fragrance experience - without synthetic additives or artificial enhancers.
What makes a scented candle natural?
Natural scented candles contain only pure essential oils instead of synthetic fragrances. Our candles are made from vegetable wax and natural essences - free from kerosenes, artificial aromas or other additives.
How intense is the fragrance of natural scented candles?
Natural scented candles release their scent gently and authentically, without artificial intensification. The scent develops as soon as the wax becomes liquid and spreads evenly throughout the room. The fragrance experience can vary depending on the size of the room and the burning time.
Are your scented candles sustainable?
Yes, our candles are made from natural raw materials and contain neither kerosenes nor synthetic fragrances. They are made by hand and our packaging is made from recyclable materials. For particularly resource-friendly use, we offer refills for our large candle jars - so the jar can be used again and again.
How long do your scented candles burn?
- Small scented candle: up to 25 hours
- Large scented candle: up to 55 hours
- Three wick candle: up to 90 hours
The burning time depends on the environment and proper care - e.g. by regularly shortening the wick and sufficiently long burning times.
How long does the scent stay in the air?
The scent remains perceptible in the room for some time after the candle has been extinguished. To prolong the fragrance experience and avoid smoke development, we recommend carefully dipping the wick into the liquid wax instead of blowing it out. In this way, the fine scent is retained and no soot or smoke disturbs the ambience.
How quickly does the scent develop?
The scent begins to unfold after 20-30 minutes, then the wax pool slowly becomes liquid.
After 1-2 hours for the small candle and 2-3 hours for the large candle, the wax is completely liquid. This is when your fragrance experience is at its most intense.
If you want an intense fragrance experience right away, you can combine your candle with a room spray.
Which scented candle suits me?
This depends on how long you want to keep your candle burning and which room it is intended for:
- Small scented candle: Ideal for shorter moments of well-being or smaller rooms.
