You can choose from the following options:

Do you offer purchase on account?

Yes, purchase on account is possible for orders in Austria.

How do I know that my order was successful?

As soon as we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you cannot find an e-mail, please check your spam folder.

How can I redeem a voucher?

In the checkout you will find the "Discount code or voucher" field. Simply enter the code, apply it and the amount will be deducted directly.

How can I order from Looops as a company?

What does shipping cost?

The shipping costs depend on the destination country:

    Free of charge for orders over EUR 30

  • Germany:
    Free of charge for orders over EUR 50

    EUR 4.90 to EUR 50
  • other EU: 3-4 working days

How long does shipping take?

It is important to us that your parcel reaches you as quickly as possible:

  • Austria: 1-3 working days
  • Germany: 2-3 working days
  • other EU: 3-4 working days
  • Switzerland and Liechtenstein: 3-6 working days
  • Great Britain and Ireland: 5-6 working days

The specified working days are the standard transit time of the parcel service provider. We ship daily in fall and winter and once a week during public holidays and vacations.

Which parcel service providers do you use?

How do I know where my parcel is right now?

As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail - including shipment tracking. This means you can check where it is at any time.

Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?

No, unfortunately delivery to packing stations is not possible.

Can I collect my order directly from you? (Click & Collect)

Yes, that is possible. Please let us know by e-mail immediately after placing your order so that we can arrange a suitable collection time.

COMPLAINTS & RETURNS

Can I return products?

Yes, you can return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days without any problems. Of course, you will be refunded the purchase amount.

Exception: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift vouchers.

Can I return products free of shipping costs?

No, you are responsible for the return costs.

How do I return products?

The following steps are necessary:

Will I receive a return label?

No, we do not issue a return label. You are responsible for the return costs - please use a parcel service of your choice.

Can I exchange products?

Yes, you can exchange products without any problems. The following steps are necessary:

How does the refund process work?

As soon as we have checked your return, we will arrange your refund as quickly as possible. The money will be refunded to the same payment method you used to pay.

Yes, with our refills for the large Looops candle jar you can use your jar again and again. Good for you - and good for the environment.

Which fragrance suits me?

Every fragrance has a special effect - from relaxing to invigorating. Our guidance system will help you find the right fragrance.

If you particularly like a certain fragrance, you can find our fragrance families here. Whether fresh, woody or spicy-warm notes - discover the fragrance that best suits your mood and your home.

How intense do the fragrances smell?

Natural fragrances unfold gently and authentically - they are not overpowering, but can be perceived harmoniously in the room. Their intensity depends on the concentration of the essential oils, the size of the room and your dosage.

You can find out how you can easily determine the intensity of your fragrance according to your preferences on the respective product pages ("Frequently asked questions" at the bottom of the page).

Why can't I smell the fragrance?

There can be several reasons for this:

Room size: The fragrance smells less intense in large rooms than in smaller ones. Therefore, find the right product and the right dosage for your rooms:

  • Small scented candles: Particularly suitable for smaller rooms such as bedrooms and bathrooms.
  • Large scented candles: Ideal for larger rooms such as your living room.
  • Three wick candlesPerfect for large rooms and open living areas
  • Essential oils: The larger the room, the more drops of oil you should use.
  • reed diffuser: The larger the room, the more rods are needed.
  • Room sprays: The more sprays, the more intense the fragrance. The room spray is generally intended for smaller rooms, such as the office, bathroom or bedroom.

Proper candle care: Please follow these tips for your fragrance experience. Among other things, always let your candle burn until the entire wax surface is liquid.

Habituation effect: Your sense of smell adapts - if you leave the room briefly and come back, you will notice the scent more strongly again.

Room temperature: The fragrance molecules evaporate more quickly in warmer rooms. Open the window for a few minutes to intensify the fragrance.

What effect do essential oils have?

The essential oils in our fragrances are 100% natural. This is why they can unfold their beneficial aromatherapeutic effect . In aromatherapy, fragrances are used specifically to influence well-being and mood - from calming and relaxing to invigorating and refreshing. Each fragrance has a different effect and can gently support you in your everyday life.

Which fragrances are suitable for which season?

Every season has its own fragrance - from fresh notes for spring to warm, cozy essences in winter. Find the right fragrances for every season here.

Are the fragrances safe for children?

Please note: Our products are only approved for room scenting - not for cosmetic applications.

As children are particularly sensitive to fragrances, we recommend a more discreet dosage.

Are the fragrances safe during pregnancy?

Our fragrances consist of 100% natural essential oils that are gently diffused in the room. During pregnancy, the sense of smell can react more sensitively. We recommend using fragrances consciously and in small doses. If you are unsure, it is best to talk to your doctor.

Who is behind Looops?

Behind Looops are the two fragrance enthusiasts Julia Schliefsteiner & Markus Niederfriniger. Together with their team, they lovingly handcraft natural fragrance products from 100% natural ingredients.

How big is your company?

Our team consists of 10 employees. They work with great passion to bring genuine natural fragrances to life for you in handmade products.

Where is your company based?

How long has the brand been around?

Looops was founded in 2014.

Where are the products manufactured?

Our products are carefully handcrafted in our fragrance factory in Elixhausen near Salzburg.

Can I visit the factory?

We are always happy to welcome visitors.

Please note the opening hours of our manufactory store:

  • Mon: 9 am - 4 pm
  • Tue: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

What is your mission?

With our fragrances, we create feel-good moments that invite you to consciously take time for yourself. And to feel the power of nature in the process.

Why don't you have your green glass anymore?

Our design in a smoky brown candle jar allows us to expand our range of room fragrances. And, above all, allows us to focus on the essentials: Our natural fragrance creations, their beneficial effects and, above all, your personal fragrance experience. Read more here.

But the most important thing is that we as people and Looops have remained the same despite the rebranding. We love nature. We love what we do. And, of course, we still do everything ourselves wherever possible.

PRODUCTION & SUSTAINABILITY

Are your products sustainable?

Yes. We use vegetable wax, 100% pure natural essential oils and pack exclusively in paper and cardboard. Because renewable raw materials, sustainable purchasing, short transportation routes and environmentally friendly processes are more than just rooted in our fragrance manufactory.

Do you produce in a socially fair way?

Yes, we source our raw materials from passionate traders and producers and therefore know exactly where our ingredients come from. This enables us to ensure fair and respectful working conditions.

Are the products cruelty-free?

Yes, we have no place for animal testing. We do not test our fragrances or their ingredients on animals - that has always been a matter of course for us.

Where do the essences for your fragrances come from?

Our essential oils come from sustainable cultivation and are sourced as regionally as possible - preferably from Austria and Europe. Our Swiss stone pine oil, for example, comes from South Tyrol and our lemon oil from southern Italy. This allows us to guarantee the highest quality and preserve the full power of the plants.
