You bring this presence to the digital space. With campaigns, content, and a style that doesn't need to be loud to resonate. As part of a team, through collaboration – and with a focus on what makes an impact.
What to expect
- Strategy with substance.
You develop and manage our measures in the digital space - from Google to social and newsletters to our online store. You and your team hold the reins - from the initial idea to evaluation. With an eye for detail and an eye for the big picture. - Content that works.
You develop content that fits our attitude, our topics and the people we address. You write, test and optimize. For all our digital touchpoints - but above all for our users. - Design with flair.
You think form and content together - clear, reduced and with a sense of atmosphere. Your eye for design supports the message - calm, coherent, to the point. - An online store as an experience.
You will help manage our online store - in terms of content, structure and always with a view to SEO and conversion rate optimization. You design user paths and formulate content. You create space for content that breathes - and resonates. - Key figures with a message.
You work with KPIs - and with feeling. You don't just read numbers, you understand what they say. You derive measures - and find the balance between numbers and gut feeling. - Interfaces with clarity.
You work closely with the management - for goals, priorities and new approaches. You coordinate with customer service and sales - for consistent communication and real proximity to customers. And you manage external agencies - with an overview and briefings that fit. - An environment that thinks along with you.
You are part of a small, focused team - with a clear direction, open discussions and room for development. New ideas are always welcome. Personal responsibility is a matter of course.
What you bring
You understand what moves people – and what creates impact. You think strategically, work with focus – and are open to new ideas.
You have the technical skills:
- a degree - e.g. in marketing, communications or business administration
- Several years of experience in digital marketing - with a focus on performance marketing and content
- a firm understanding of SEO, CRO and data-based work
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Pinterest & Co.
- a fine feel for text - in German and English. You like to play with words until you get them right.
- an eye for design - especially when it comes to social creatives and visual content on the website
- Know-how in Klaviyo, Google Analytics and Tracify - or find your way in quickly if you don't know something
- Ideally experience with Shopify

- a genuine interest in what Looops .
