Looops is a scent workshop in Elixhausen near Salzburg. We create natural home fragrances and candles using high-quality ingredients and a clean design. We sell them directly to the people who live with them – and through partners where you discover them: concept stores, hotels, studios.

Marketing here is tangible. The product is made one floor below you, in our workshop – poured, bottled, packaged, by hand. You can pick it up, smell it, place it in your room and see how it changes the space. You talk about that. To the people who discover our scents or have known them for a long time, and to the retailers and hotels who share them. Both are part of this role – and we do both as a team.

What to expect

Social Media
You shape what appears on Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn. You find topics that fit our scents and the people they are made for. You bring imagery and words together.
Our online shops
Together with us, you see how people navigate the D2C online shop and help make finding the right scent easier. In the B2B shop, you ensure that our partners find what they need – new items, prices, background information on the scents.
B2B newsletters and email flows
You write newsletters for our partners – new scents for their shelves, seasonal highlights, and what works well in stores right now. You also work with us to build email flows that support our partners along the way.
POS and sales material
You shape what is needed to present Looops – the price list, the catalogue, shelf materials. A hotel wants to know which scent suits its space. A concept store, the story behind it.
Numbers
You look at the numbers and understand what they reveal about the people who discover or return to Looops. We discuss what you conclude from them together – and put it into practice.
Collaborations and new ideas
You find brands, places, and people that fit Looops and develop something together with them. We love trying new things – a format, an evening in the workshop, a path we haven't walked yet. You enjoy exploring these paths right along with us.
As a team
No one here works in isolation. We are small enough that everyone knows what others are working on, and open enough that good ideas can come from anywhere.

What you bring

Do you enjoy playing with words until they feel just right?
Do you have an eye for design – for the image on Instagram as well as the price list on the counter?
Can you put yourself in the shoes of people who don't know Looops yet – whether customers or hoteliers?
You like our scents – or want to truly get to know them?
Do you work in a structured way and stay calm, even when things get busy?
Do you enjoy doing things for the first time?
Do you enjoy learning new things, including tools that didn't exist a year ago?

Then you will fit right in. You need experience in marketing, but a degree is not strictly necessary. You write very well in German and well in English. You know Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, and Google Analytics, or you will find your way around quickly. We will show you how we work with these tools and our AI tools.

What you earn

This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in trade, crafts, and services. The minimum gross monthly salary is 2,528.04 EUR based on full-time employment (40 hours). Depending on your experience, we offer a higher salary starting from 45,000 EUR gross per year including special payments for full-time work, prorated for part-time.
