Looops a fragrance manufacturer based in Elixhausen near Salzburg. We develop natural home fragrances and candles using high-quality ingredients and clean, minimalist designs—for people and places where ambiance, design, and quality matter.

We know that Looops works particularly well Looops where atmosphere is intentionally curated. This is exactly where we want to bring our brand more purposefully—through a structured, active B2B sales approach. To achieve this, we’re looking for a sales professional who truly enjoys outbound sales, understands Looops a premium brand, and opens new doors with clear structure, data, and tools.

What to expect

In this role, you will continue to build out our active B2B sales team—with a focus on the DACH region and the prospect of expanding into markets such as Benelux and Scandinavia in the medium term. You will work closely with the sales, relationship management, and B2B marketing teams and serve as the primary point of contact for new partners and collaborations.

  • You identify and qualify new leads that are a good fit for our brand—from retail partners to companies that want to use Looops corporate gifts or for their spaces.
  • You take the initiative in reaching out to prospects—via email, phone, LinkedIn, and, where appropriate, through product samples or selected in-person meetings.
  • You will conduct initial sales conversations and guide potential customers through the process until their first order is placed.
  • You will hand off new clients to the team in a structured manner—so they can continue to support them and build the partnership.
  • You work in a structured and data-driven manner: You analyze your activities, use our systems (primarily HubSpot) and AI tools to support lead generation and outreach, and continuously refine our sales processes—with a focus on quality, efficiency, and brand alignment.
  • You think beyond existing target groups, identify new markets and use cases for Looops launch appropriate sales initiatives.
  • You’ll contribute your own ideas for partnerships—asking yourself: Where does Looops belong? Which partners will strengthen our brand?

What you bring

Must-haves
  • Several years of experience in outbound sales or a similar role (e.g., sales development, business development)—ideally in a B2B environment.
  • A keen sense for premium, design, and lifestyle brands—you understand how important the setting, presentation, and atmosphere are.
  • A highly structured, goal-oriented approach to work—you can organize your own tasks, prioritize leads, and consistently follow established processes.
  • Strong affinity for IT and tools – you enjoy working with CRM systems and AI tools, actively use them in your daily work, and approach trying out new things in a structured way.
  • Strategic mindset – you take an analytical approach to sales processes, think in terms of KPIs, funnel stages, and conversion rates, make decisions based strictly on data, and use that data to identify meaningful actions.
  • German at a native level and English at least at the C1 level—both spoken and written.
  • You can represent a brand authentically—and you’re willing Looops serve Looops a brand ambassador for Looops , especially when first reaching out to potential customers.
You're very welcome
  • Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM—and a passion for actively helping to shape processes within the system.
  • Experience working with high-end B2B clients such as concept stores, hotels, interior design shops, or agencies.
  • An existing network in the premium retail, interior design, lifestyle, or corporate gifts sectors.
  • Additional language skills, such as French.

How we work together

You'll be working in a small, close-knit team in Elixhausen near Salzburg in close collaboration with the founders.

  • The position is based in Elixhausen, and a hybrid work arrangement is possible.
    We prefer that you work on-site for about 2–3 days a week, as collaboration and close communication are essential for this role.
  • The roles are clearly defined but closely interlinked: You are responsible for business development, lead qualification, and closing initial deals; ongoing account management may develop over time, but it does not have to be part of your role.
  • You have a lot of creative freedom when it comes to target audiences, lists, outreach formats, and processes—as long as it Einklang our brand.
  • You’ll work closely with the sales, relationship management, and B2B marketing teams—collaborating to ensure our processes are clear and efficient.

Compensation

Compensation is based on your contributions, your experience, and the scope of your role.

The gross annual salary starts at €50,000 on a full-time basis, with flexibility to adjust based on experience and the specific details of the role.
