Looops is a scent workshop based in Elixhausen near Salzburg. We create natural home scents and candles using high-quality ingredients and a clean design. You can find them in concept stores, hotels, pilates and yoga studios – and as gifts that companies give to their clients.

For us, selling means helping: supporting retailers in their shops, helping hotels find a scent that suits their space, and guiding customers on which scent belongs in which room. To do this, we are looking for someone to look after our partners and welcome new ones.

What to expect

You look after our partners: reorders, questions, new scents, and ideas for showcasing Looops in their stores.
Many businesses contact us directly. You see if it is a good fit and turn the request into a partnership.
You reach out to studios, hotels, stores, and businesses that fit Looops – by email, phone, and through visits around Salzburg. Every now and then, with careful planning, your path leads further away.
You handle customer service. And like all of us, you also take turns working in our studio shop – where we experience our customers most directly.
You support your partners, drive requests forward, and decide what takes priority.
You explore new paths that fit Looops and hold onto what you learn from them.

We are a very small team. Everyone looks beyond their own area of responsibility, and we work together toward our goals.

What you bring

You enjoy meeting people – even those who don't know Looops yet?
Do you enjoy sales and turning a conversation into a partnership?
You prefer to guide rather than persuade?
You like our scents – or want to truly get to know them?
Can you write clearly and correctly, whether addressing a hotel, a store or a company?
Do you work in a structured way and stay calm, even when things get busy?
You are open when something does not work and bring ideas on how to improve?

Then you will fit right in. Sales experience is not required, though experience with customers helps – whether in retail, hospitality, or a studio. Good English is important, and a driver's license is an advantage. We will show you everything else, from HubSpot to our AI tools. What matters most is that you enjoy learning.

We are not looking for a sales show or a sales manager. We do not count calls. We care whether a conversation turns into a partnership – and whether it lasts.

What you get

You will work directly with the founders, Julia and Markus, and the marketing team.
A permanent position for 30 to 40 hours a week. Part-time is possible, though mornings-only does not work for this role.
We enjoy working together in the workshop, so questions are answered quickly. One day of working from home per week is possible.
We take the time to guide you through everything.
Lunch together every day – healthy and free of charge.
Vacation time that is flexible to plan and can be taken in longer stretches – just not during peak season from September to mid-December.

What you earn

The position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in trade, crafts, and services. The minimum gross monthly salary is 2,528.04 EUR based on full-time employment (40 hours). Depending on experience, we offer a higher salary: 42,000 to 48,000 EUR gross per year including special payments on a full-time basis, and 31,500 to 36,000 EUR for 30 hours.
