These terms and conditions apply to all competitions that we run via our newsletter, sent out by Looops. The organizer of these competitions is Looops , Staufenstraße 1, 5161 Elixhausen, (FN 470550k) (hereinafter referred to as "Looops). By participating in our competitions, you accept the following terms and conditions and privacy policy:

1st organizer

The contests are organized byLooops , Staufenstraße 1, 5161 Elixhausen, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "Looops). 

2. eligibility and prize determination 

You are eligible to participate if you are at least 18 years old and have your permanent residence in Austria, Germany or Switzerland. Only one entry per person and household is permitted. The winners will be selected at random. The prize will be awarded in private.

 3. participation 

To take part, you must have received the competition newsletter. You can take part in the competition by completing the competition task requested in the newsletter. Multiple entries are not permitted. 

Looops also Looops the right to disqualify participants who attempt to manipulate the competition or violate the stated conditions of participation. Participation and chances of winning are independent of the purchase of products or the ordering of services. 

The prize cannot be passed on or redeemed at another time. Furthermore, no cash redemption is possible.

 4. participation period and prizes

The competition will be held during the specified period. All participants in the competition who meet the specified requirements at the time of the draw will be considered. Immediately after the closing date for entries, the winner will be selected at random from among the participants.
If you have won, we will inform you of your prize by email. You will then be asked to send your full contact details (name, address) tolooops. If you do not provide us with your contact details within 3 working days,Looops to re-draw the prize. The prizes will then be sent by post only within Austria, Germany, or Switzerland to the postal address you have provided. 

If the contact details you provide are incorrect (e.g., email address), Looops is Looops obliged to determine the correct details. Any disadvantages resulting from the provision of incorrect contact details (e.g., incorrect email address) shall be borne by the participant.

5. data protection

We use your participation data as well as the name and address data in the event of winning in order to be able to carry out the competition. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 b) GDPR. The data you submit for the competition will be deleted four weeks after the closing date. We only pass the data on to our service providers who help us to run the competition, such as shipping companies. 

Based on your participation, you have the right to information, to rectification or erasure, to restriction of or objection to the processing of your data and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

 6. final provisions

The law of the Republic of Austria shall apply. 

This competition is not affiliated with any third parties and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by them. All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the competition Looops exclusively to Looops .

Looops not Looops for lost opportunities to win. Looops the right Looops make unilateral changes to the duration of participation and to discontinue the competition entirely without notifying participants.
