We ship directly from our manufactory in Salzburg - even free of charge for orders over EUR 30.

Austria: Free shipping for orders over EUR 30, otherwise EUR 5
Delivery time: 1-3 business days

Germany: Free of charge for orders over EUR 50, otherwise EUR 7
2-3 working days

(Please note that we do not ship to parcel stations)

EU and rest of Europe: Free shipping for orders over EUR 100, otherwise EUR 10
Delivery time: 3-4 business days

Switzerland / Liechtenstein /: Free of charge for orders over EUR 100, otherwise EUR 15
3-6 working days

Ireland / Great Britain*: Free shipping for orders over EUR 150, otherwise EUR 20
Delivery time: 5-6 business days

USA & Canada*: Free of charge for orders over EUR 150, otherwise EUR 25

Returns

You can return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days without any problems. Of course you will get your money back. You organize and pay for the return.
