What it's all about

At Looops, we produce all-natural room fragrances - candles, diffusers and oils, manufactured in our factory in Elixhausen.
Our products create atmosphere. Your job does too - through communication, structure and a clear view.
You are often the first point of contact for external parties and support the team in everyday life with a clear view and a steady hand.

What you can expect

• Customer contact that makes sense
  You look after our customers by e-mail, telephone or in person - friendly, clear, reliable. With your calm, open manner, you create trust - and help when someone needs support.
  
  
• Advice & sales in the Manufakturshop
  You take care of personal sales on site.
  Our store is open regularly - but customers don't come all the time.
  You stay focused on your work - and are happy to take your time when someone is there.
  
  
• Organization with an overview
  You take on your own tasks in the office - such as repeat orders, data maintenance or organizational matters. At the same time, you support the management and the team - wherever there is work to be done.
  You work independently - and stay well connected.
  
  
• An environment that thinks along with you
  You are part of a small, well-coordinated team - with a calm atmosphere, clear processes and room for development.

What you bring with you

You like to work clearly and reliably - and just as much with people.
You feel comfortable in a role that combines both: organizational tasks and direct consulting.
And you have a natural openness that allows you to respond well to others - both in conversation and in everyday work.

• You have a high school diploma - e.g. HAK or HLW.
  It is important to us that you think for yourself, recognize connections - and work reliably in everyday office life.
  
  
• You have several years of professional experience - in the office, in organization or in customer service.
  Sales experience is helpful - but not enough: You should be confident working with digital tools, be good at organizing - and enjoy thinking along with others.
  
  
• You approach people openly - with friendliness, clarity and a good feel for situations.
  You give honest advice, find the right words - and express yourself appreciatively both verbally and in writing.
  
  
• You have an affinity for software and are confident in digital environments.
  Whether ERP, CRM, task tools or AI-supported systems - you learn new applications quickly and enjoy working with digital tools in a structured way.
  You quickly learn what you don't know - with curiosity, system and an overview.
  
  
• You keep an overview - and get involved when you realize that something is needed.
  
  
• You speak very good German and good English - and can also find the right words in English.
