What it's about

At Looops, we create all-natural home scents – handcrafted in our studio in Elixhausen. Our products are part of people's special moments. And your work ensures they arrive well – with clarity, calm, and poise.
For many, you’re the first point of contact – via email, phone, or in person. It’s not just about processing requests, but about understanding: you listen, advise with sensitivity – and help ensure that every interaction leaves a positive feeling.
At the same time, you keep many things running in the background: you organize, structure, support the team – and keep an eye on what's needed.

What to expect

• Connecting with customers
  You interact with our customers – friendly, clearly, and respectfully. Whether for inquiries, orders, or advice, you provide assistance and find the right words – visibly embodying what Looops stands for.
  It's not just about talking about our scents – it's about developing a true understanding of what they can mean for others. What you understand, you can convey well.
  
  
• Personal consultation in the studio shop
  On-site, you handle sales in our small shop. Customer contact is important to you – but takes up little time outside the pre-Christmas season. You remain focused on your work – and take your time when someone is there.
  
  
• Proactive Organization
  You handle office matters, reorders, supplier communication, or data maintenance – and support the team as needed for projects.
  You work independently – yet are well integrated into the team. The direction your role takes depends on your strengths – our small company provides space for this.

What you bring

You work with clarity and reliability – and enjoy working with people.
You are comfortable in a role that blends organizational tasks with direct client interaction.
You have a natural openness that helps you connect well with others – in conversation and in everyday work.

• You have several years of professional experience - e.g. in the office, in customer service or in organization.
• You like it when you can think, coordinate and get stuck in - especially when there's a lot going on.
• You express yourself clearly and in a friendly manner - both verbally and in writing, in German and English.
• You work confidently with digital tools - e.g. CRM, project or communication tools - and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new systems.
• You have a high school diploma - e.g. HAK or HLW - and a good understanding of processes.
• You identify with the Looops attitude – and represent it with clarity and conviction.
