At Looops , we Looops natural room fragrances—handcrafted in our studio Elixhausen. Our products accompany people during special moments. And your work ensures that they are well received—with clarity, calmness, and poise.

As a team and communications manager at Looops , you Looops a central point of contact—both internally and externally. You keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, represent our stance in communications with customers and partners, and help ensure that things continue to run with clarity, reliability, and a steady hand.

You work closely with the team and management, contribute ideas, make suggestions, and reliably implement agreements. At the same time, you have the opportunity to demonstrate your strengths, learn new things, and get involved where you can make a difference.

What to expect

• Customer contact that shows attitude
  You are the first point of contact for our customers—by email, on the phone, in the shop, or via helpdesk and social media inquiries. You communicate in a friendly, solution-oriented manner—and represent Looops clarity and sensitivity.

  You will take care of orders, mail, hospitality, and maintaining our systems—and support the team in their day-to-day work. Internal processes and activities (e.g., celebrations or team events) will also fall within your area of responsibility.
  
  
• PR proximity & product reference
  You will work with our PR agency, maintain our products on the website and in the photo portal—and, if necessary, also get involved in collaborations, sample requests, or topics related to products and packaging.
  
  
• Room for development
  The role evolves with you—depending on where your strengths lie. You will be given the space to take on responsibility, think things through, and forge new paths together with the team.

What you bring

• A completed commercial apprenticeship or degree—and professional experience in organization, communication, or customer contact
• Enjoyment in tackling tasks, implementing them independently, and taking on responsibility
• Excellent communication skills – written and oral, in German and English
• Reliable use of digital tools – and a willingness to quickly understand new systems
• Structure, overview, empathy—and a sense of what is needed at any given moment
• Openness to natural products, interest in fragrance, design, and effect—and a willingness to identify with the Looops .
