1. Fully charge Aeris before first use, for about six hours. It is fully charged when the LED stays on.
2. Open the cover and pull out the nozzle. Unscrew the empty bottle, it is just a placeholder. Remove the dropper rim from your oil bottle and screw it in. Reinsert the nozzle, paying attention to the marker. Close the cover.
3. Turn on.
One click – Low. 13 seconds of mist, 47 seconds of pause. Up to 18 hours of battery life, turns off after 2 hours.
Two clicks – High. 4 minutes of mist, 6 minutes of pause. Up to 10 hours of battery life, turns off after 4 hours.
Three clicks – off.
The LED flashes when the battery is low, pulses while charging, and stays lit when Aeris is fully charged. Turns off automatically if tilted past 45 degrees.

Unscrew the bottle, screw on another, done. Replace the little tube if it looks blocked or if you prefer the scents not to mix at all. Three replacement tubes are included.
It is even faster with a second Nozzle. Your oil stays, you simply switch over.
The best choice for Aeris is pure essential oil blends like our Looops oils. They are made to diffuse calmly and evenly. One oil is included for free.

CARE
If the mist becomes weaker, clean the nozzle with a little alcohol and a cotton swab.
Or rinse the system through. Fill the empty bottle from your delivery with alcohol (maximum 75%), insert it and let Aeris run on high mode for ten minutes.
For thicker oils like vetiver or sandalwood, doing this once or twice a week is recommended.
Charge Aeris fully at least every three months, even when not in use.
SAFETY
Use Aeris only on a firm, level, dry surface.
Keep the device upright – do not tilt or hold at an angle.
Use Aeris only with essential oils – no perfumes, artificial scents or diluted oils.
Do not get any liquids inside the device.
Do not operate near heat or open flame.
Do not operate in damp rooms or in direct sunlight.
Clean the nozzle regularly.
Switch off immediately if you notice unusual noises, odours or malfunctions.
Do not continue to use damaged devices or cables.
Children only under supervision.

No, and please never fill it with anything. Aeris atomizes pure oil; water damages the device.
This is a placeholder. Swap it for your oil instead of filling it. Keep it to flush out Aeris with alcohol later.
For rooms up to 20 m² where you want the scent close to you—in the bathroom, at your desk, or in the hallway. When you're on the go, it runs on a rechargeable battery. Before transporting it, unscrew the bottle and pack it empty and dry.
Use only pure essential oils. Perfumes, artificial fragrances, and mixtures containing water can damage the nozzle. Naturally pure oil blends, such as our "Looops " oils, are best suited for this purpose.

Charge Aeris using the included USB-C cable. The battery will be fully charged in about 6 hours.

Yes. Aeris comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. If your diffuser stops working, please contact us via our warranty page. We will work together to find the cause. If the issue cannot be resolved, you will receive a new device.
