How can I pay?

You can choose from the following options:

  • Debit or credit card
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay, PayPal Express and other express payments
  • Invoice with Klarna
  • Pay immediately with Klarna
  • Purchase on account (only in exceptional cases for long-standing regular customers)

How do I know that my order was successful?

After your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. If it does not arrive, please check your spam folder.

How do I redeem a voucher?

There is a "Discount code or voucher" field in the checkout. Enter the code, apply - the amount will be deducted automatically.

How can I order VAT-free as a company?

Please contact us after placing your order. We will issue you with a corrected VAT-free invoice.

Do you offer corporate gifts?

Yes, we offer individual company gifts - for customers, employees and special occasions.

Delivery and shipping

What does shipping cost?

The shipping costs depend on the destination country and shipping partner:

Austria:

  • From 30 EUR order value:
    - DPD: free of charge
    - Post: 1.90 EUR
  • Up to 30 EUR order value:
    - DPD: 4,90 EUR
    - Post: 6,40 EUR

Germany:

  • From 50 EUR order value:
    - Post: 1,90 EUR
  • Between 30 EUR and 49.99 EUR order value:
    - Post: 6.40 EUR
  • Up to 29,99 EUR order value:
    - Post: 8,40 EUR

Switzerland and Liechtenstein:

  • Free of charge for orders over EUR 100
  • otherwise 14,90 EUR

Great Britain and Ireland:

  • Free of charge for orders over EUR 100
  • otherwise 20 EUR

Other countries in Europe:

  • Free of charge for orders over EUR 50
  • otherwise 8,90 EUR

USA and Canada:

  • Free of charge for orders over 150 EUR
  • otherwise 25 EUR

How long does shipping take?

Your parcel should reach you without any detours:

  • Austria: 1-2 working days
  • Germany: 2-4 working days
  • Switzerland and Liechtenstein: 3-6 working days
  • Great Britain and Ireland: 4-7 working days
  • Other countries in Europe: 3-6 working days
  • USA and Canada: 5-7 working days

The specified working days correspond to the standard delivery time of the shipping partner.
In fall and winter we ship daily, on public holidays and during the vacations once a week.

Which shipping partners do you use?

We ship with

  • Austrian Post
  • DPD

You can see which shipping options are available after entering your delivery address in the checkout. You can then select the appropriate parcel service.

How do I know where my parcel is right now?

As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail - including shipment tracking. This means you can check where it is at any time.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to

  • Germany, Austria and Switzerland
  • Other EU countries and Great Britain
  • USA and Canada

Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?

No, unfortunately delivery to packing stations is not possible.

Can I collect my order directly from you? (Click & Collect)

Yes, that is possible. Please let us know by e-mail immediately after placing your order so that we can arrange a suitable collection time.

Complaints and returns

Can I return products?

Yes, you can return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days. We will of course refund the purchase amount.

Gift vouchers are excluded - they cannot be returned.

Can I return products free of shipping costs?

No, you are responsible for the return costs.

How do I return products?

This is how the return works:

  2. Send the products back to the following address:

You bear the return costs yourself. We cannot accept cash on delivery parcels.

Will I receive a return label?

No, we do not issue a return label. You are responsible for the costs of the return shipment - please select a parcel service of your choice.

Can I exchange products?

Yes, you can:

  1. Please inform us in advance - by phone(+43 662 281 089) or e-mail ([email protected]) - which items you would like to exchange.
  2. Send the products back to the following address:

How does the refund process work?

As soon as we have checked your return, we will refund the amount via the same payment method you used to pay.
Please note: It may take a few days for the credit to be visible at your bank or credit card company.

I have received faulty products?

This should not happen. Please contact us directly by phone(+43 662 281 089) or by e-mail ([email protected]).

Can I change or cancel an order that has already been placed?

You have 12 hours after placing your order to change or cancel it yourself. Use the link in the order confirmation that you receive by email.

If the 12 hours have expired, please contact us by phone(+43 662 281 089) or by email ([email protected]). We will take care of a solution.
