Between lines and stories.
Christopher DeLorenzo and our Winter Edition 2025. His lines tell of the quiet, the in-between, the now. An encounter that lasts.
A style that leaves space.
Sometimes it only takes a few strokes for a picture to become a story. The American illustrator Christopher DeLorenzo understands exactly that. His works are reduced and at the same time full of expression. They leave space - and fill it with a quiet power.

We have long admired his illustrations. For Klarna, Airbnb or The New York Times. Clear lines, subtle humor, warmth of expression. Images that make an impact without being loud.

It was all the more special for us to have him on board for this year's edition. The collaboration has shown how close image and feeling can be - when they arise from trust and openness.

From craftsmanship to expression.
DeLorenzo's journey began early. Growing up in Massachusetts, he was influenced by a grandfather who was a carpenter and painter and a grandmother who was known locally as an artist. He later discovered the work of Milton Glaser and Seymour Chwast - and with it the freedom to combine idea and form.
Today he designs for international brands. But he prefers to work with just a few words and a feeling. This is exactly how our Edition 2025 was created. From a feeling, a few words - and the confidence to create something beautiful together.
When everything becomes quieter,
something can blossom inside you.
Warmth. Closeness. Light.
A moment - completely with you.
