What you can expect:
As Head of Sales & Partnerships, you will play a key role at Looops. You will strategically develop our sales - both nationally and internationally. You will work closely with us founders and bring Looops into new hands: to people who are looking for exactly what we do.
You are building on a good foundation: An experienced colleague looks after our dealers and is well familiarized with many processes. Now it's all about developing new approaches, creating structures - and working with the team to implement what will take Looops forward in sales.
- You manage our sales strategy - with a focus on DACH and selected international markets.
- You build up new partnerships and maintain existing ones - with high-quality retailers, concept stores, hotels and stores that suit us.
- You develop new sales concepts - with an eye for other target groups, new channels and ideas that go beyond our previous thinking.
- You also think about formats such as pop-ups or your own Looops store - and check what could be right for our brand.
- You ensure clear, sensible processes - in the CRM system (Hubspot) and in collaboration with marketing, product development and customer service.
- You create structure and clarity - and develop our sales team with an eye for the big picture.
- You represent Looops to the outside world - with a flair for people, design and atmosphere.
