Candle care tips

When you first light your candle, let it burn until the entire wax surface is molten. This prevents a wax tunnel from forming around the wick.

Always allow your scented candle to burn for at least two hours, but no more than four hours. It burns more beautifully and spreads its fragrance evenly over the entire burning time.

To extinguish, dip the wick briefly into the molten wax and pull it upright in a central position again. Dipping prevents smoke emission and the fragrance lasts longer.

Each time before lighting, trim the wick to a length of about 5mm. This ensures an ideally-sized flame and your candle will burn longer.

The lid of your candle protects it from contamination. As a coaster, it keeps heat away from surfaces.
