What you can expect:
- You are the voice of Looops in the digital world: you manage our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn) and strategically expand them.
- With editorial plans that you develop yourself, you plan content that touches and inspires people.
- You capture the daily happenings at Looops - authentically and with an eye for aesthetics. Whether short reels, behind-the-scenes insights or spontaneous moments - you show our world in a way that inspires and excites.
- You create visual stories through short videos, photos and graphic content that reflect the core of Looops: Naturalness, relaxation and aesthetics.
- Your content forms the basis for successful social ads - you work closely with colleagues from CRO, SEO/SEA and email marketing to achieve maximum reach and impact.
- In Community Management, you are at the heart of the exchange with our community and strengthen the connection to our customers.
- You think strategically: you measure the success of your work, analyze data and develop new approaches to continuously move us forward.
- We develop ideas together in regular feedback rounds - because teamwork and exchange are important to us.
What you bring with you:
- Several years of experience in social media management, ideally in an agency or with a brand where you were able to work strategically and creatively.
- A feel for trends, an eye for aesthetics and design and the ability to tell stories that touch and inspire.
- Very good language skills in German and English in order to create error-free and appealing content.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar programs - and a desire to try out new things.
- Enjoy measuring the success of your work and the ability to optimize content so that it inspires people and delivers results.
- Initiative, creativity and attention to detail to perfectly coordinate your content.
