Office & Purchasing Assistant (m/f/d)

An organizational talent with a heart for customers and enthusiasm for our all-natural scents. You will manage purchasing and the office and ensure that everything runs smoothly for us - from ordering to providing advice in the store.

Full-time - Salzburg (on-site / hybrid) - Start by arrangement - ideal until July 2025

Your field of action:

1. purchasing & office organization (≈ 80 %)

  • Obtain quotes, coordinate suppliers, compare prices
  • Place orders for production and office supplies
  • Track delivery dates, keep an eye on print approvals
  • Check incoming invoices, post in Business Central, initiate payments
  • Preparing and filing accounting documents
  • Coordinate appointments, create reports, monitor schedules
  • You keep an overview even in hectic moments

2. store & customer contact (≈ 20 %)

  • Advise customers in the Elixhausen Manufaktur store - personally, genuinely, with pleasure in dealing with them
  • Represent customer service telephone and mailbox, accept orders
  • Maintain the product image in the store, organize small guest hospitality events

You work directly with both managing directors and closely with sales, marketing and production. Eight people, short distances, open doors.

What you bring with you:

  • Commercial training or experience in assistant or service roles; experience with customers is an advantage
  • German at native speaker level and good written and spoken English
  • You have a positive attitude and radiate this in the store
  • Positive mindset, willingness to learn, team spirit
  • Technical understanding and quick familiarization with new systems
  • Enthusiasm for scents & people - you enjoy giving personal advice
  • Flexibility: You juggle several tasks calmly and keep priorities clearly in mind

Salary: Gross annual salary from € 40,000 (full-time). Overpayment possible depending on experience and qualifications.
