The refill candles with a burning time of 55 hours come in a compostable bagasse cup. And fit seamlessly into any large Looops candle jar. In the spirit of the natural cycle.

How to use our refills

There are just three simple steps:

1) Place the refill in the freezer for one hour before unpacking.

2) Then squeeze the new candle out of the compostable cup and place it in your cleaned jar.

3) Let your candle burn for the first time until the entire surface is liquid.

What else to look out for

Only use warm water, soap and a soft cloth to clean the candle jar.

Only light the refill candle in the original large candle jar from Looops. The refill candle is perfectly matched to this jar. It fits in seamlessly. And that is exactly what is needed to ensure that it burns just as beautifully and evenly.

Never light the candle directly in the refill cup (fire hazard!).

We attach great importance to sustainability

Renewable raw materials, sustainable purchasing, short transportation routes and environmentally friendly processes are more than just rooted in our manufactory.

We use vegetable wax for our scented candles. And deliberately choose not to use palm wax. We use compostable bagasse cups (a by-product of the sugar cane industry) for our refills. And we only use paper and cardboard for our packaging. Because we care about nature and the environment.

What makes your refills sustainable?

Like all our scented candles, our refills are made from vegetable wax and come in a compostable bagasse cup. So you don't have to buy a new Looops candle jar to get to know more fragrances.

Bagasse is a by-product of the sugar cane industry. It is 100% compostable and is therefore also ideal for use as a plant pot for your herbs or flowers.
How long does a refill candle burn?

The refill candle burns just as long as our large scented candle - up to 55 hours.
How intense is the scent of the refill?

The fragrance experience is identical to our large scented candle, as the refill is precisely matched to our Looops glass.

The candle emits a gentle, natural fragrance that gradually unfolds in the room. Due to its size, it is perfect for larger rooms such as your living room and larger bedrooms.

If you look after your candle properly, you will ensure a long and intense fragrance.

Which candle jar are the refills suitable for?
